The Podere No. 13, number thet in the past was assigned to each of these “poderi” (farmhouses), for thr ease of identification, were built in thr early 1900s, in the heart of the San Donato Estate.
The estate covered a large sized property of approx. 1300 hectares. It had been the property of Count Pelegatti’s family and was part ofa vast area that included more than seventy farms, apart from the centrral building. Podere No.13 was then handed over to Cavalier Ostini di Como, who administered it until 1978, year in which it was acquired by Immobiliare Podere 13 s.r.l.

After years of drudgery and grinding work it was ready to accomodate apartments and bedrooms.

Today, with its extension of approximately 5,000 square meters of garden, Podere 13 offers the opportunity to spend an unforgettable stay in a natural and exclusive environment.

From Podere 13 you can easily reach many important places such as Orbetello, Talamone, Argentario, Saturnia, Parco Regionale della Maremma … and many others.
